Collaborative Strategy Session with Case Study Farm

On 19 December 2024, in the pastoral heartland of Bono, Sardinia, the SUREPASTOR project took another step forward in participatory research. The CNR team facilitated a co-creation meeting at a local case study farm, where four researchers met with the farm’s owners—a father and son duo—to collaboratively design a context-specific action strategy. Held at the farm’s central facility, the session focused on aligning scientific goals with everyday pastoral practices, reinforcing the project’s commitment to locally grounded innovation and strong researcher-farmer partnerships.
