These difficulties are mainly caused by climate change and unfavourable
forage resource management
Simple changes in management practices can avoid land degradation and soil erosion:
- Choose selected species for seeding/overseeding
- Adopt rotational grazing methodologies
- Guarantee an equilibrium between animal performances and forage production
- Experiment Precision Livestock Farming (PLF) applications
